The Metal Works Employees understand the hazards within the work place and are encouraged to continually suggest ways to reduce and/or eliminate the hazards they face.
We are continually improving our safety program to develop such practices as the 'take five' approach that provides employees a few minutes to make sure they are familiar with their work and that all risk to personnel and equipment have been eliminated.
